The manufacturing, testing and regulatory documentation maintained for our products.
Quality is not a marketing statement. It is a process.
Elkasi Products are imported from China and marketed by Virtual Vendors.
We maintain documentation relating to manufacturing, quality, testing and regulatory requirements applicable to the Products.
1. MANUFACTURING QUALITY
Our Products are manufactured through a facility/manufacturer for which applicable manufacturing and quality documentation is available.
The documentation available includes GMP-related certification/documentation, as applicable to the Products.
2. FSSAI DOCUMENTATION
Elkasi maintains applicable FSSAI documentation for its Products and operations in India.
FSSAI regulates health supplements and nutraceuticals under the applicable food-safety framework. FSSAI currently identifies the Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Food and Novel Food) Regulations, 2016 as the applicable regulatory framework for these categories.
3. GMP
Applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation/certification is maintained for the manufacturing facility.
4. US FDA-REGISTERED MANUFACTURING FACILITY
The manufacturing facility/manufacturer associated with the Products is registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA), as supported by the applicable documentation.
This statement refers to the registration status of the facility/manufacturer.
It does not mean that the Elkasi dietary supplement itself is an “FDA-approved drug” or medicine.
5. HALAL DOCUMENTATION
Applicable Halal documentation/certification is available for the relevant Product/manufacturing arrangement.
6. FREE SALE CERTIFICATE
A Free Sale Certificate is available as part of the Product documentation.
7. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
A Certificate of Origin is available for the imported Products.
The Certificate of Origin provides documentation relating to the country of origin of the relevant shipment/Product.
8. CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS
Applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation is available for the relevant Product/batch.
COA documentation may contain information concerning the testing and specification results applicable to the relevant batch.
9. MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING
Applicable microbiological testing documentation is maintained for the Products.
10. HEAVY-METAL TESTING
Applicable heavy-metal testing documentation is maintained for the Products.
11. PESTICIDE TESTING
Applicable pesticide testing documentation is maintained where applicable to the relevant Product and testing requirements.
12. STABILITY TESTING
Applicable stability testing documentation is maintained for the Products.
Stability information supports assessment of Product characteristics over the applicable storage period under the relevant testing conditions.
13. MSDS
Applicable Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) documentation is available where relevant to the Product and supply chain.
14. EPR
Applicable Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) documentation is maintained where applicable to the relevant packaging and regulatory requirements.
15. LMPC
Applicable Legal Metrology / Legal Metrology Packaged Commodities (LMPC) documentation is maintained as applicable to the Products and packaging requirements.
16. DOCUMENT AUTHENTICITY
Certificates, laboratory reports and other quality documents relate to the particular Product, batch, manufacturer, facility or shipment to which they apply.
Customers should not interpret one certificate as applying automatically to every Elkasi Product or every batch.
Where appropriate, Product-specific documentation may be made available upon legitimate request.
17. NOT A MEDICAL CLAIM
Quality certifications and laboratory testing do not change the nature of the Products.
Elkasi Products are nutritional supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
