“Elkasi” means the brand under which the Products are marketed and sold.

“Products” means the nutraceutical and dietary supplement products offered by Elkasi.

“Customer”, “you” or “your” means a person accessing the Website or purchasing Products.

“Order” means a purchase request submitted through the Website.

Elkasi is a nutraceutical supplement brand operated by Virtual Vendors.

Based on the documentation available for the Products, the relevant quality and compliance documentation includes, as applicable:

• FSSAI documentation;
• GMP documentation/certification;
• EPR documentation;
• LMPC documentation;
• Halal documentation;
• Free Sale Certificate;
• Certificate of Origin;
• Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS);
• Certificate of Analysis (COA);
• microbiological testing;
• heavy-metal testing;
• pesticide testing;
• stability testing;
• applicable manufacturing and quality certifications; and
• documentation relating to a US FDA-registered manufacturing facility.

The availability of such documentation does not mean that an Elkasi dietary supplement is a medicine or that the finished Product has been “FDA approved”.

The term US FDA-registered facility/manufacturer refers to the manufacturing facility or manufacturer being registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration, as supported by the applicable documentation.

Product-specific documentation may not necessarily be displayed publicly on the Website. Where legally appropriate and commercially available, relevant documentation may be provided or made available through appropriate channels.

Elkasi Products are marketed subject to the applicable food, nutraceutical, packaging, labelling, import, consumer-protection and other legal requirements applicable to the Products and their sale.

Virtual Vendors maintains the documentation applicable to the Products and their supply chain.

The existence of certifications, laboratory reports or other quality documentation does not constitute a guarantee that every Product is suitable for every individual.

Product claims and representations made on the Website are intended to correspond with the applicable Product information, formulation and labelling and are subject to applicable law.

Elkasi Products are nutritional supplements only.

Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as medical diagnosis, medical treatment or medical advice.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY THE CUSTOMER AFTER PLACEMENT.

Once an Order has been successfully placed, a customer cannot request cancellation.

This policy is subject to mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

ELKASI PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ON A NO-RETURN BASIS.

Products purchased through the Website are not ordinarily eligible for return, exchange or replacement at the customer’s request.

Customers should carefully verify the Product and Order details before completing the purchase.

This policy does not intend to exclude any statutory consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Elkasi does not ordinarily provide refunds for Products purchased through the Website.

Accordingly, customers should carefully review Product information and Order details before completing payment.

Nothing in this provision is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, remedy or consumer right that is mandatory under applicable law.

SHIPPING IS NOT FREE.

Applicable shipping charges are payable by the customer unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, shipment type, weight, logistics service and other applicable factors.

The applicable shipping charge will be communicated or displayed during the purchase process where available.

Elkasi may accept international Orders subject to Product availability, destination restrictions and applicable laws.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Customers placing international Orders are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable shipping charges before completing payment.

International shipments may also be subject to:

• customs requirements;
• import restrictions;
• destination-country taxes;
• customs duties;
• clearance charges; and
• other charges imposed by the destination country or its authorities.

Such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the Products can lawfully be imported into their destination country.

Elkasi does not represent that a Product available in India is automatically permitted for import, sale or consumption in every other country.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, logistics provider, customs procedures, availability and circumstances outside Virtual Vendors’ reasonable control.

Any delivery estimate provided on the Website is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Virtual Vendors shall not be responsible for delivery difficulties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, including incorrect address or contact details.

For international shipments, the customer is also responsible for complying with applicable destination-country customs requirements.

Product prices displayed on the Website are subject to change.

Virtual Vendors may correct obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors.

If a Product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, Virtual Vendors may decline or cancel the affected Order.
